Harsau Textile Machineries Cancellations and Retuns Policy Harssau Textile Machineries, hereinafter called as “The Company” is a manufacturer and supplier of electronic jacquare machines for textile industries. The Company is committed to customer satisfaction. In order to set the right expectations with the customers, the following terms and conditions are set forthwith. The product sold through https://htmelectronicjacquards.com are highly specialized industrial produccts. It is not a consumer product to be bought off-the-shelf. It is B2B product. The products are sold only to persons who are in the industry and have determined for themselves that the products are suitable for their use. We encourage all the users to visit our facility, see the product for themselves, ask questions if they have any in mind, seek clarifications, understand in toto about the product, its use, sutiability and then decide themselves. Standard warranty terms of one year will apply to the finished product unless explicitly agreed otherwise. All spares will carry 3 months warranty. Service will carry 1 month warranty for workmanship. Payment Terms is 20% advance and balance before delivery. Cancellation of Order : The Company reserves the right to cancel the order if balance payment is not received within 15 days after the due date of balance payment. Customer is free to cancel the order any time before making the advance payment. After the advance is paid, cancellation of order can be done within 24 hours at no cost. After 24 hours cancellation is subject to forfeiture of advance paid at the discretion of The Company. Delivery timelines : 15 days from the date of advance Shipping : Ex – Factory. Transportation can be arranged at additional cost and to the risk of customer. Installation : Civil and electrical infrastructure to be provided by the customer and The Company will provide its manpower for installation within 5 days time of delivery of the machines. Preshipment Inspection : Customer will be given intimation about the readiness of the machinery and the customer is free to visit our facility and check the machines before the product is dispatched. Returns : The customer is free to return the goods before shipment and after preshipment inspection after providing reasons for returns and after providing opportunity for The Company to ratify the customer’s reason. Returns will be initiated after deducting all the specific costs incurred for the order and to the minimum of 20% of the order value.
